Smith-Magenis Syndrome -Taylor Bug Kisses Foundation

We know that families can accrue expenses from medical and therapeutic services that are not covered by insurance. Taylor Bug Kisses Foundation will provide financial assistance to families who have a member with Smith-Magenis Syndrome.

Financial assistance is offered for but not limited to assisting families with expenses for therapies, medical services, medical bills and medical/therapy equipment. 

Awards for financial assistance will be based on the following criterion: 

 1. Documentation of diagnosis - must be from the diagnosing doctor - on his/her letterhead.

2.  Completed application (download form below). 

3. The needs of each family.

4.  The organization's budget.

5.   Availability of services or equipment.

Taylor Bug Kisses Foundation will work with vendors/families to reduce payments on outlying bills. Taylor Bug Kisses Foundation prefers to work directly with vendors.
